- there are wires hanging from the ceiling and you have to put lamps on.. the only areas with lamps on are kitchen, bathroom and corridor I guess
- if there is a small build-in wardrobe in the corridor (bedroom would be a dream) - you are lucky!
- dishwashers are pretty much always in the kitchen
- there is usually a "dryer" room next to the washing machine where you can hang your clothes instead of using a dryer
- it looks like floor-heating is quite common around
